
Program Manager
Level 5 Aerospace LLC Office Purchasing & Planning Associate reports to the Stores Manager and Director of Maintenance and is responsible for purchasing, sourcing, price negotiation, supply chain, and resource data in the best interest of quality products/services with the lowest bid possible to match Level 5’s requirements.
Responsibilities

​Ability to pass FAA/DOT required drug and alcohol program, to include random testing as required by regulations.

Coordinates with Stores Manager, Director of Maintenance, and Department heads for service needs and supply requirements. Locate and negotiate prices with differing providers for services/supplies.

Track all expenses in the Sinex system.

Monitor all parts requests and generate purchase orders.

Monitor and replenish all min/max threshold items.

Generate accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.

Ensure that all documentation is correctly executed and archived.

Any additional duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or Accountable Manager.
Experience
-
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MRO procurement.

Knowledge of aircraft parts procurement and FAA regulations.

Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications like CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) are highly desirable.

Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Spanish is a plus.
