
Deputy CEO
Level 5 Aerospace’s Deputy CEO is the second-in-command to the CEO, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight under the FAA Part 145-certified repair station. The Deputy CEO’s role is critical in Level 5's business performance, streamlining operational efficiencies and fostering a culture of excellence in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. The Deputy CEO acts on behalf of the CEO, manages key departments, and contributes to long-term growth strategies.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the organization's strategic vision, including business development, market expansion, and partnerships with airlines, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and other stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for growth, such as expanding service offerings or entering new markets, while maintaining Part 145 certification standards.

Experience

Education: An associate degree or technical certificate in avionics, electronics, or a related field is often preferred. Military training programs also provide extensive training for this role.

5+ years of experience (10+ preferred)

A&P Certificate

Technical skills: A strong grasp of electrical and electronic principles, a familiarity with hand tools and testing equipment, and the ability to read technical diagrams are essential.
